A few words about the festival

The festival was created with the goal of highlighting the historical and contemporary vineyards of Eastern Chalkidiki, boosting the visibility of the mountainous region of the Municipality of Aristotelis, and showcasing the connection between local production, culture, gastronomy, and tourism.

The event pays tribute to the region’s grape growers and winemakers, who keep a centuries-old tradition alive and play a decisive role in shaping the local economy and identity. A special tribute will be paid to the winemaking of Athos, which is a centuries-old tradition that the monks of Mount Athos have preserved with respect for their heritage.
