Kassandromena festival - Live Music Evening

As part of the Kassandromena Festival, on Friday 28th, the Folk Orchestra of the ‘Kassandra’ Cultural Association is marking 20 years of its existence and activities.

To celebrate, we are all welcome to their anniversary concert! How awesome!

As they say:

Our folk orchestra is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year with a special anniversary programme featuring songs from the 15 projects it has undertaken to date, as well as from its discography.

A birthday programme brimming with wonderful folk songs from the classical and orthodox periods of folk music (rebetiko, laiko, art folk).

The aim of this evening is to remember these songs, to sing them and to enjoy them.

The invitation is open to both old and new friends of the orchestra, with the hope that over the next 20 years it will produce even more works, albums and concerts, and welcome other young musicians from our country and beyond.
