How do I book an experience?
Send us a note through the contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp with your dates, group size, and the experience you have in mind. We reply personally and confirm the details with you before anything is fixed.
How big are the groups?
Every outing runs in a small-group format. The exact guest range differs by experience and is listed on each experience page.
Where exactly do we meet?
Most experiences start in Halkidiki, and exact meeting instructions are confirmed after booking. Each experience page describes the general meeting area in advance.
Guides & safety
Who leads the experiences?
A local host or guide leads every experience — someone who lives with the landscape rather than visits it. Their presence is included in the price.
What languages are the experiences run in?
English and Greek. If you would like to be guided in another language, ask us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Is travel insurance included?
No. Personal travel insurance is not included in the price and we recommend arranging your own cover before you travel.
Getting there & practicalities
How fit do I need to be?
Most experiences run at a moderate pace, and short walks on uneven ground are possible. Tell us your comfort level when you enquire and we will be straight with you about whether an outing suits you.
Are your experiences accessible?
Routes mix paths, yards, and sometimes gravel or cobbles. Tell us if you use a wheelchair or mobility aid and we will advise honestly. We can outline standing time, steps, and rest stops before you commit. If you travel with a service animal, contact us before booking so we can confirm venue access.
How do I get there from Thessaloniki?
By car, plan roughly 1–2 hours to many trailheads and villages, depending on traffic and which peninsula you visit.
Can I get there by public transport?
Regional buses cover some routes, but many rural meeting points are far easier to reach with a rental car or taxi.
Are transfers included?
Transfers are not included unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible for your meeting point.
Are meals and drinks included?
Meals and drinks are not included unless they are explicitly stated for that outing. Each experience page lists what its price covers.
